PRASAVORE was born from a simple yet powerful belief — food should nourish the body, calm the mind, and uplift the soul.

At the heart of this vision is Poonam, co-founder of PRASAVORE. Raised in a deeply rooted vegetarian family where devotion and discipline were part of everyday life, her journey naturally evolved toward conscious living and spiritual practice. After moving to the UAE in 2008, her connection with ISKCON in 2012 became a turning point — grounding her life in scripture study, devotional service, and the philosophy of sattvic living.

Cooking prasadam — food prepared with devotion and offered with love — soon became more than a ritual. It became a calling. What started as service in the kitchen slowly transformed into a larger purpose: sharing pure, soulful vegetarian and vegan food with the wider world.

PRASAVORE is the result of that purpose — a place where tradition meets mindful modern dining.
